The Co-Lab
The Co-lab-oration Space.
The Co-Lab is an interdisciplinary team of researchers, students, and patient partners exploring cardiovascular care, patient and provider experiences, and rural health service delivery. We undertake a broad range of clinical and health services research under the guidance of Dr. Davina Banner-Lukaris.
Davina is a cardiovascular and rural health researcher with a passion for engaged and inclusive modes of research. Davina has published and presented nationally and internationally and is an active member of the healthcare and research communities within Canada and beyond.
The Co-Lab is situated at the University of Northern BC on the traditional and unceded territory of the Lheidli T’enneh, also known as Prince George. The Co-Lab also has members throughout BC, including the traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations (Vancouver), the Witsuwit'en Nation (Smithers), and the Qayqayt Nation (New Westminster). We are incredibly thankful to live, work, learn, play, and love in these beautiful landscapes.
